About

Born and raised in Singapore, Kenneth moved to New York in 2010 to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts and Management before finding his way into the kitchens of Eleven Madison Park and Betony.

In 2016, he returned to Singapore to work at Restaurant AndrΓ©.

In 2018, Kenneth relocated to Copenhagen for an internship at Noma. He was later brought on full-time as a Chef de Partie and became Head Chef in 2020.

Kenneth is currently the Director of Fermentation at Noma.

When not in the kitchen, Kenneth enjoys swimming, cycling, and running, as well as spending quality time with his wife and dog.
